Job Summary
Roles & Responsibilities include 1st and 2nd level handling of Autosys environments for Nomura globally, production support in a 24x7 environment, incident reporting, monitoring/scheduling in Autosys with Change & Audit adherence, troubleshooting scheduling/execution issues, and supporting Autosys services in Cloud via tools like Ansible Tower and Cisco Cloud Centre Manager. Key skills include Autosys (R12+), UNIX shell scripting, ServiceNow/CMDB/ZScaler/Splunk/EEM, databases (Sybase/SQL/Oracle), cross-team collaboration, procedure development for production releases, and strong written/verbal communication.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate (Engineering/Science)
- Autosys (Administrator)
- Experience in Scheduling Tools (Autosys R12 and higher)
- Basic UNIX skills & shell scripting
- Experience in Tools such as ServiceNow, CMDB, ZScaler, Splunk, EEM (Embedded Entitlements Manager)
- Experience in Databases such as Sybase, SQL, Oracle
- Experience in supporting IT systems in a multi-platform, multi-site, mission critical environment on a 24x7 basis
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Develop and Document procedures for production release of new features
