Job Summary
Enhance system security posture by enforcing security policies, standards, and methodologies while overseeing daily security operations for information systems. Conduct vulnerability and risk analysis/assessments for system authorization, manage configuration integrity for security software, hardware, and firmware, and develop System Security Plans to ensure lifecycle compliance. Provide technical expertise in security policies and operations, collaborate with stakeholders to maintain compliance, and drive continuous improvement by identifying vulnerabilities and implementing proactive solutions. Requires TS/SCI/Full Scope Polygraph Clearance. Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related discipline with 12+ years of experience as ISSO supporting IC or DoD programs.
Required Qualifications
- TS/SCI/Full Scope Polygraph Clearance
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Security, or a related discipline
- 12+ years of relevant experience
- 10+ years of in-depth experience as ISSO or combination of ISSO and other security related role supporting IC or DoD programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Proficiency with customer security tools, corporate repositories, playbooks and guidelines
- Knowledge of applicable frameworks, regulations, standards, policies and procedures
- Operational understanding of server and IA technologies, internetworking protocols and services
- Certifications & Compliance with DoD 8140.03 with IAM Level II or higher (CASP+, CISSP or higher)
