Job Summary
Administer Informatica PowerCenter environments (10.5.6 and 10.5.9), managing domains, repositories, and security while supporting PowerExchange infrastructure and IBM DataStage suites. Execute installation, patching, migrations, and upgrades; perform health monitoring, performance tuning, and incident management via ServiceNow. Participate in 24x7 on-call production support, disaster recovery testing, and operational readiness activities. Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and cloud engineering teams to support cloud transformation initiatives. Requires 7 to 10 years of experience in ETL administration.
Required Qualifications
- Informatica PowerCenter Administration
- Exposure to IBM DataStage or InfoSphere administration
- Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC/IICS)
- PowerExchange CDC (Change Data Capture)
- ETL Platform Administration, Installation & Upgrades
- PowerCenter to IDMC Migration Experience
- Unix/Linux Shell Scripting
- Performance Tuning & Troubleshooting
- JIRA, Change Management & Release Management Processes
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 10 or more years of experience in application development
- 7 to 10 years of strong hands-on experience in managing and supporting Informatica environments

- Administer Informatica PowerCenter environments (10.5.6 and 10.5.9)
- Manage Informatica Domain, Repository, Integration Services, Grid Services, and security administration
- Support PowerExchange infrastructure, including Mainframe integrations
- Support IBM DataStage Suites administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and platform maintenance activities
- Perform installation, patching, environment migrations, and platform upgrades
- Execute platform health monitoring and performance tuning
- Manage incidents, service requests, change records, and problem management processes using ServiceNow
- Participate in production support and operational readiness activities
- Support Disaster Recovery (DR) setup, execution, validation, and annual testing exercises
- Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and recovery procedures
- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, database, security, and cloud engineering teams
- Support cloud transformation and modernization initiatives involving Informatica IDMC
- Participate in 24x7 on-call production support rotation
- Location expectations This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to data governance tools, IBM BAW, or Business Automation solutions
- Experience supporting hybrid cloud data integration environments
- Familiarity with DevOps and automation tools for ETL platforms
