Job Summary
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for national government and public safety markets using a diversified channel mix. Create campaign assets including messaging, print collateral, digital content, and social media materials while collaborating with subject matter experts and internal teams. Manage event logistics for third-party and Esri-hosted gatherings, track campaign performance through analytics, and publish customer success stories. Build relationships with certified partners, professional associations, and media outlets to block competition and influence policy. Foster a vibrant user community through virtual forums, regional meetups, and two-way dialogues with customers. Requires 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ability to travel up to 20%, and a Bachelor's degree. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of marketing experience within business-to-business and/or business-to-consumer fields, preferably marketing to business professionals in related industries
- Established knowledge of marketing principles, campaign management, and process improvement
- Excellent verbal communication and writing skills for internal and external audiences
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Knowledgeable to strong understanding of CRM, social media platforms, business intelligence, and project management processes
- Strong decision making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills
- Must be able to travel up to 20% during peak marketing periods
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field
