Sr. Industrial Maintenance Planner, Pipe & Fittings (Wichita Falls, TX)

Job Summary
Lead the WPF Reliability Manager in implementing and standardizing maintenance planning and scheduling practices across all Westlake Pipe & Fittings plants. Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to Planner/Schedulers, conducting bi-weekly and monthly team meetings while traveling to each plant annually for hands-on support and process reviews. Oversee the Capital Spares inventory program, manage specification records for production equipment, and act as Master CMMS Administrator for Pipe & Fittings. Ensure accurate work order creation, labor tracking, and root cause analysis within the Fiix CMMS, while coordinating maintenance schedules with operations and supervising preventative maintenance activities. Provide input to management on efficiency improvements and maintain compliance with safety policies and OSHA standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Associate's degree in a technical field
- 5–8 years' experience in maintenance planning and scheduling
- 2 years' experience in injection molding, extrusion, production, and/or manufacturing
- Proficiency with Windows-based software (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Valid driver's license
- Passport
- Must be able to commute daily to our Wichita Falls, TX facility
- Willingness and ability to travel to other plant locations as needed (Up to 70% travel in the first year and then up to 25% to 50% travel on average.)
- Knowledge of OSHA standards and requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a technical field preferred
- Leadership or mentoring experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Fiix CMMS Software preferred
- Strong understanding of equipment reliability, capital spares management, and maintenance best practices
- Experience with inventory management, especially for critical and capital spares
- Ability to recognize opportunities for process improvement and standardization
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in a corporate environment
- Ability to operate well in a team environment and across multiple sites
