Job Summary
Sr. Industrial Engineer, Supply Chain, leads data-driven analysis to optimize distribution network, develops business cases, and manages DC processes. Builds relationships with internal/external stakeholders, delivers data-driven solutions to improve cost, service, safety, and quality, and drives project execution from scope through performance tracking across multi-project programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field (or equivalent years of experience)
- 3 years experience in retail distribution with emphasis on productivity and performance-based culture
- Experience in time and motion studies
- Experience with a warehouse management system (WMS)
- Experience in project management
- Business case development and capital justification
- Change management
- Experience solving complex supply chain distribution problems
- Data gathering and analysis for operational improvements
- Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and vendors
