Job Summary
The Sr Implementation Lead, SRE (CoP) is responsible for driving the adoption and standardization of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices. Key responsibilities include leading the strategic implementation of SRE frameworks, developing and enforcing SRE standards, defining key reliability metrics, establishing an SRE community, promoting knowledge sharing, driving automation-first approaches, and embedding SRE principles into SDLC and ITSM processes. Candidates should have over 10 years of relevant experience, strong understanding of SRE practices, and hands-on experience with tools and frameworks relevant to incident management and monitoring.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, platform engineering, or software reliability engineering roles
- Strong understanding of SRE principles, cloud-native architectures, modern hybrid architectures, and observability practices
Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with automation, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Prometheus, Splunk, Azure Monitor)
- Proven ability to build and lead communities of practice within large-scale enterprises
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
