Job Summary
Senior Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end Sprinklr deployments for enterprise clients in Japan. Responsible for shaping implementation planning and solution design, configuring the platform to align with client objectives, and managing activities across analysis, design, testing, and deployment. Act as primary client liaison, facilitate requirements workshops, build long-term relationships with business and technical stakeholders, and provide training to ensure smooth onboarding and platform adoption. Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure aligned delivery; share client feedback for continuous improvement; contribute to team best practices and documentation; mentor junior team members and uphold a high standard of delivery and professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in implementation, consulting, or related roles
- Experience working with enterprise clients in structured delivery environments
- Experience with SaaS or customer experience platforms preferred
- Strong communication skills (client-facing and internal)
- Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Experience with training and onboarding of platform users
