Job Summary
Design, configure, implement, monitor, and operate CyberArk privileged access solutions while overseeing the onboarding and lifecycle management of service accounts and high privileged accounts. Collaborate globally with Identity Analysts and Engineers across Americas, EMEA, and APAC to deliver secure, reliable identity services, serving as the subject matter expert for CyberArk Privilege Cloud to provide advanced troubleshooting and continuous improvements. Partner with Security and Compliance teams to ensure alignment with governance policies, lead complex integrations across identity platforms, and implement automation using PowerShell to reduce incidents. Act as an escalation point for end users and business stakeholders, participate in identity architecture planning, and coordinate with third-party vendors to maximize uptime. Work flexible hours across global time zones with up to 10% international travel required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong experience in Identity & Access Management or a comparable security engineering role
- Strong hands-on experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions
- Proven experience with CyberArk Privilege Cloud (SaaS)
- BeyondTrust experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel up to 10%, including internationally
- Willingness to work flexible hours across global time zones (primary coverage afternoon/evening IST)
Desired Qualifications
- CyberArk certification preferred (Guardian, Sentry, or equivalent)
