Job Summary
Sr. HVAC Technician responsible for end-to-end testing, downloading programming, starting up, commissioning, and servicing HVAC systems on customer sites within commercial environments. You will diagnose and repair units using blueprints or engineering specifications, mentor team members, and coordinate with project leaders to understand on-site requirements, while maintaining high safety standards. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent (technical training welcomed) and 10+ years of HVAC experience; EPA certification is preferred. On-site field service across diverse facilities (Healthcare, Process Manufacturing, Education, Office Complexes) with a focus on commissioning, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. Strong collaboration with customers and internal teams, and flexibility to accommodate overtime and occasional overnight stays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- EPA Certification Preferred
- 10+ years HVAC experience
- Valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months
- Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and handheld devices
- Technical School or formal training preferred
- Ability to read blueprints or engineering specifications
- On-site field service experience in commercial environments
