Sr. HVAC Mechanic

Job Summary
Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment and systems, ensuring safe operation of complex systems including electronic/pneumatic environmental controls, fan powered boxes, chiller operations, BAS controls, pump operations, water treatment programs, air handler units, VAVs, walk-in coolers, freezers, refrigerators, ice machines, and boiler operations. Requires five years of HVAC tech experience, two years of commercial/healthcare BAS experience or BAS program graduation, an H.S. Diploma or GED, vocational school graduation preferred, a Conditioned Air Georgia State license (Non-Restricted or Restricted), and EPA-Universal Certification. Based at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital.
Required Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- 5 years of experience as an HVAC Tech
- 2 years For systems that include BAS controls, experience must include of commercial/healthcare HVAC/HVAC BAS experience or graduation from a BAS program
- Conditioned Air Georgia State license (Non-Restricted, or Restricted)
- EPA-Universal Certification
