Job Summary
Sr. Human Resources Manager partners with operations to drive end-to-end HR support, employee relations, talent development, workforce optimization, and continuous improvement across HR processes. Responsible for policy administration, regulatory compliance, coaching leaders, succession planning, employee engagement initiatives, and managing the full lifecycle for exempt, non-exempt, and temporary staff from recruitment to offboarding. Onsite role based in the Greater Louisville or Sellersburg area, reporting to the VP of HR, with travel up to 60% and involvement in EEOC/government inquiries as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience including at least 3 years in an HR Manager or equivalent leadership role

- PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRMSCP preferred
