Job Summary
Manage job postings, screen candidates, and administer offers while coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires. Process FMLA and leave requests, track attendance, and support ADA accommodations alongside benefits enrollment and vendor liaison. Conduct investigations by interviewing witnesses, documenting findings, and recommending corrective actions. Maintain HRIS data, ensure regulatory compliance, and support employee engagement initiatives. Requires 2–4 years of HR experience and proficiency in HRIS systems. Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of HR experience with exposure to benefits, leave, recruiting, and investigations
- Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, EEO, and general employment law
- Excellent communication, confidentiality, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
