Job Summary
Senior HR Generalist role partnering with the business to ensure people-related matters align with goals while maintaining compliance, and overseeing policy/compliance, employee and labor relations, compensation, benefits, HRIS, performance management, and learning and development. Responsibilities include advising on HR policies, updating and communicating policies, audits, and implementing best practices; coordinating onboarding, E-Verify/I-9 compliance, and affirmative action; advising on conflict resolution and investigations; developing training programs (onboarding, performance management, management skills, compliance training); supporting wage/salary design and job descriptions, benefits enrollment and open enrollment, and establishing standardized HR documentation and reporting; leading end-to-end recruitment and talent pipeline development; and partnering with managers on TA strategy and workforce planning. Additional duties include data queries, analytics, and ensuring proper FLSA designations; travel up to 5%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related discipline OR 5+ years HR experience
- Five (5) years’ human resources experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, HRIS, benefits enrollment systems, and timekeeping/payroll platforms
- Knowledge of federal, state, local and federal contractor employment laws and compliance programs
- Demonstrated communication and customer service skills
- Travel up to 5%
