Job Summary
Senior HR Business Partner to support on-site manufacturing operations in Montpelier, IN. Responsible for developing, implementing, and coordinating site-wide HR policies and programs including employment, labor relations, wage and salary administration, training, health and safety, employee benefits, and services. Key duties include talent management planning and analysis to improve retention and development; total rewards management and recommendations aligned with the site strategy; driving employee experience and engagement; providing HR advisory and decisions on performance management, investigations, mediation, and coaching; workforce planning and hourly recruitment; learning and development needs assessment and solution implementation; change management to prepare for ongoing transformation; driving process standardization and automation; building strong cross-functional relationships; and maintaining confidentiality. Requirements include a Bachelor’s in HR or related field, 3-5 years HR experience, knowledge of employment law, strong communication and leadership skills, proficiency with MS Office, and Workday a plus. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
- A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive HR experience
- Working knowledge of employment law and industry best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Workday a plus
- Must possess excellent communication, influencing, presentation, and leadership skills
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize and complete projects
- Ability to manage confidentiality at all levels
