Sr. Human Resources Business Partner

Job Summary
Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, forecast workforce needs, and drive change management initiatives across manufacturing sites in Illinois, New Mexico, and North Carolina. Lead full-cycle recruitment, manage complex employee relations investigations, and oversee core HR processes including onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance with federal and state laws. Coach leaders on performance management and succession planning while championing an inclusive culture through engagement initiatives and direct plant floor presence. Requires bilingual Spanish/English proficiency, HRIS expertise, and experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience

- Demonstrated success in driving organizational change and growth initiatives
- Demonstrated success in improving employee engagement and culture
- Demonstrated success in building and optimizing HR processes
- Demonstrated success in influencing and coaching leaders
- Strong employee relations experience, including handling complex situations independently
- Experience supporting multi-site operations

- Experience with HRIS systems (Paycom or similar)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
