Sr. Human Resources Business Partner

Job Summary
Partner with leadership to uncover training and development gaps and conduct weekly meetings with business units. Provide day-to-day performance management guidance, including coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions, while assessing needs for self-paced, in-house, or external training delivery. Support succession planning, key talent reviews, and workforce transitions for mergers and acquisitions. Assist with employee relations, complaint investigations, policy development, and engagement initiatives such as recognition and D&I programs. Build high-performing teams and improve work relationships to increase retention and productivity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5-8 years' experience in an HRBP role
