Job Summary
Partner with senior stakeholders on complex strategic HR topics, including organizational design, employee relations cases, and legal matters. Execute employee relation cases, separations, and terminations in compliance with state and country laws. Coordinate regional delivery of the people strategy, manage compensation reviews, and lead change management and M&A integration activities. Create action plans for HR policy changes aligned with local legislation and Group standards. Advise on employee and hiring strategies in partnership with Talent Acquisition while coaching extended team members. Work independently with high autonomy to drive consistency across the business and support global HR projects.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience
- Solid knowledge of employee relations processes and relevant employment legislation
- Experience in successfully executing employee relation cases, separation agreements, terminations, redundancies; in line with state wise laws
- Experience working closely with senior stakeholders, with the ability to influence and challenge when needed
- Certified Senior HR Professional
- Membership credentials
- Significant experience gained in a similar role and industry
- Understanding employment laws and requirements by state and country
- Four days in office requirement

- Certified Senior HR Professional Membership credentials is not a necessity but would be a plus
