Job Summary
Senior HR Business Partner provides strategic HR guidance to Preferred leaders and employees, supporting key talent programs (performance management, succession, DEI, talent acquisition, employee experience, organizational transformation), driving change management, coaching leaders to high performance, leveraging data to influence decisions, implementing HR programs and policies, supporting salary planning, and collaborating across functions to align talent Strategy with business priorities while engaging with community initiatives. The role requires proximity to the New Berlin, NY office (hybrid) and a Bachelors degree with 5-7 years HRBP experience; Masters degree and HR certification are preferred.
