Job Summary
Senior HRBP acts as a strategic advisor and hands-on partner to business leaders, translating business strategy into people priorities and ensuring execution of enterprise talent, leadership, and workforce initiatives. Responsibilities include strategic business partnership, workforce planning, talent management (including talent reviews and succession planning), leadership effectiveness, organizational design and change leadership, and employee relations. The role collaborates with Centers of Excellence (Talent Development, Total Rewards) and coaches leaders to improve leadership capability, team performance, and organizational health.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
- experience partnering with senior leaders and managing employee relations
- facilitation of talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce planning
- experience working within a Center of Excellence model and partnering across HR functions
