Job Summary
Sr. HR Business Partner leads HR operations for assigned area, shaping and executing HR strategies aligned to business objectives. Advises leadership on talent management, workforce planning, and change management; oversees high-risk employee relations and compliance; partners with network HR directors to drive organizational design, engagement, and transformation initiatives; guides investigations and ensures lawful, fair outcomes. Focus areas include leadership coaching, culture and belonging, compliance, and strategic HR partnerships to enable business success. Requires extensive HR leadership experience in healthcare, with a degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience). Vaccination requirement, E-Verify participation, and ongoing regulatory compliance are noted as organizational requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Eight+ years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Verifiable experience in coaching, advising, and consulting with leaders on organizational issues and employee challenges
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
