Job Summary
Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with operational, financial, and performance goals. Evaluate workforce metrics on turnover and overtime, consult on solutions, and lead implementation plans for change management. Manage employee relations investigations, resolve conflicts, and represent the organization in regulatory hearings, appeals, and EEOC mediations. Interpret policies, analyze engagement survey outcomes, and coach leaders on talent management, succession planning, and total rewards. Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to address learning and development needs while maintaining knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
- 7–10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least 3–5 years as an HR Business Partner supporting business leaders
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations and experience applying them to employee relations and organizational decisions
- Demonstrated experience leading organizational change initiatives, workforce planning, and talent management programs
- Proven ability to coach executives and managers and on leadership effectiveness, performance management, employee development, and conflict resolution
- Experience analyzing HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends and recommend solutions
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, influencing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
- Demonstrated analytical skills associated with employee relations coupled with excellent interpersonal skills with an emphasis on building partnerships, conflict resolution, negotiation, mediation, facilitation, and communication
- Demonstrated ability to help create a collaborative work environment, work as a team member and maintain confidentiality while keeping open communications at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to analyze work related problems, assess needs and design and implement solutions that support organizational goals
- Demonstrated ability to recognize and connect the linkages and relationships between functions and processes as well as the impact of decisions on people and the organization
- Demonstrated ability to establish and manage multiple priorities in a changing and fast paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to be an advocate for organizational change while coaching employees on professional and interpersonal issues which may impact performance
