Job Summary
Develop a deep understanding of business strategy and financial drivers to serve as a strategic thought partner on organizational and talent decisions. Act as a trusted advisor by leveraging workforce analytics to diagnose root causes and drive business outcomes through data-driven insights. Lead the execution of integrated talent strategies, including workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development. Proactively assess organizational health to identify systemic issues and guide leaders through complex change initiatives and transformation efforts. Provide guidance on employee relations matters while collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence to design scalable solutions. Mentor HRBPs to build capability and ensure consistency across the team. This role requires 5 years of progressive HR experience, the ability to travel 25%, and a Bachelor's degree.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; or equivalent education & experience
- 5 years of progressive HR experience including support of complex, multi-functional or customer-facing organizations
- Demonstrated ability to influence leaders and drive alignment on complex people and organizational decisions
- Strong analytical capability to translate workforce data into insights, diagnose root causes, and drive business outcomes
- Experience leading talent strategies, including workforce planning, succession, performance management, and leadership development
- Advanced application of organizational effectiveness, including org design, role clarity, and team effectiveness
- Experience leading change initiatives and driving adoption in fast paced environments
- Excellent communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel 25%

- Experience in operations, pharmacy, healthcare or manufacturing industries preferred
