Job Summary
Develop a deep understanding of business strategy and financial drivers to serve as a strategic thought partner on organizational and talent decisions. Act as a trusted advisor by leveraging workforce analytics to diagnose root causes and drive business outcomes through complex organizational design initiatives. Lead the execution of integrated talent strategies, including workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development, while proactively assessing organizational health. Serve as a change leader for large-scale initiatives, ensuring stakeholder engagement and sustained adoption across the Midwest region. Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to design scalable solutions and mentor other HR Business Partners. This role requires 5 years of progressive HR experience, with 25% travel, and offers a salary range of $115,000 to $125,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; or equivalent education & experience
- 5 years of progressive HR experience including support of complex, multi-functional or customer-facing organizations
- Demonstrated ability to influence leaders and drive alignment on complex people and organizational decisions
- Strong analytical capability to translate workforce data into insights, diagnose root causes, and drive business outcomes
- Experience leading talent strategies, including workforce planning, succession, performance management, and leadership development
- Advanced application of organizational effectiveness, including org design, role clarity, and team effectiveness
- Experience leading change initiatives and driving adoption in fast paced environments
- Excellent communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel 25%
