Job Summary
Senior HR Business Partner responsible for aligning People Strategies with business objectives across operations. Lead employee relations investigations, coaching, and policy interpretation; partner with leaders on workforce planning, organizational development, succession planning, and employee engagement; support talent acquisition strategy including recruiting, onboarding, and retention; analyze HR metrics to inform decisions; guide performance management and employee development; ensure compliance with employment laws and EEO-1 reporting and Affirmative Action Plans; provide day-to-day HR guidance to employees and leaders in a manufacturing/field service environment; role involves partnering with leadership and Safety to drive a culture of accountability and collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience
- Experience in employee relations, HR business partnership, and talent acquisition
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization
- Manufacturing and/or field service environment experience preferred
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
- Pre-employment drug screening and physicals required
