Job Summary
Partner with executive leadership to design and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives, overseeing employee relations, talent management, compliance, and organizational development. Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and full-cycle recruitment for management and specialized roles while guiding performance reviews and coaching leaders on talent development. Manage compensation structures, job evaluations, and HRIS functions to ensure data integrity, and champion DEI initiatives, engagement surveys, and continuous learning programs. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, EEO, and FLSA. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration required; 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience preferred. Ability to work 40 hours per week or more; valid driver's license required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including management or business partner roles
- Experience managing complex employee relations and supporting senior leadership
- Proven background in organizational development and change management
- Ability to work 40 hours per week or more if required
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 20 lbs. unassisted
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurability required when job duties require use of motor vehicle
- Requires exercising discretion in the decision-making process and maintaining strict confidentiality concerning the vendor, employee and company proprietary related information
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Professional HR certification strongly preferred (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR)
