Sr. Human Resource Generalist

Job Summary
Provide in-person HR support to a manufacturing facility in Redmond, WA. Act as a core member of the HR team to drive systemic organizational and people strategies aligned to the business. Collaborate to diagnose manager and team member capability needs and design ongoing learning and development plans. Consult with leadership on implementing management capabilities that foster an open, inclusive Terex culture. Help build management capability to enable effective employee relations and serve as an objective escalation path for unresolved issues. Conduct investigations and provide conflict resolution as needed. Participate in projects across client groups, including implementing annual performance and talent reviews and other assigned initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a HR role
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Coaching managers at all levels
- Employment law knowledge (EEOC, FLSA, ADA)
- Strong communication, time management, problem solving, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment
