Job Summary
Senior HRBP partnering with North America Sales & Solutions leaders to shape people strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, and talent initiatives across the U.S. and Canada; leads change initiatives, supports M&A due diligence and post-integration alignment, drives leadership development and succession planning, and ensures governance of HR policies while collaborating across global teams to enable revenue growth and high performance.
Required Qualifications
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters preferred
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a strategic HRBP role
- Experience supporting Sales, Solutions, or other revenue-generating functions strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR practices, and organizational development
- Proven ability to influence and coach senior leaders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of sales drivers and revenue models
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute effectively
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical, data-driven mindset
- Ability to work effectively across global teams and cultures
- High resilience and adaptability in a dynamic, high-growth environment
- Recognized as an HR subject matter expert who translates complex policy into practical business guidance
- Pragmatic, hands-on approach and strong service orientation
- Confident and credible with senior leaders
- Builds trusted partnerships across Sales, HR, and the broader business
- Ability to lead or coordinate virtual HR teams to deliver high-quality support
