Job Summary
Senior HR Business Partner provides strategic HR guidance to site leadership across HR functions, leads and develops a high-performing HRBP team, and partners to plan and communicate company-wide initiatives. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with employment laws, driving employee engagement and retention, managing employee relations and performance management, advising on policy and benefits, and contributing to organizational structure and talent strategies. The role supports training programs, tracks HR metrics, and helps deliver plant communications; manufacturing experience and strong communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field is required
- 5+ years of HR experience is required; manufacturing environment experience preferred
- Software experience: Microsoft Office Suite, Payroll Software
Desired Qualifications
- SHRM or HRCI Certification preferred
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- HRIS/talent management system knowledge

- effective written and verbal communication
- experience interpreting employment policy and laws
- experience in manufacturing environment (preferred)
