Job Summary
Senior HRIS Specialist to manage HR systems, ensure data accuracy, and deliver HR insights and reports while supporting system enhancements and digital transformation initiatives. Responsibilities include maintaining HRIS configurations, ensuring data governance and compliance, developing dashboards and workforce analytics, providing KPI tracking, supporting integrations and testing of new HRIS features, conducting data quality audits, and delivering user training and documentation in collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HRIS, HR Operations Systems, or HR Technology
- Strong experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, BambooHR, Jisr, or similar systems
- Experience in HR reporting, dashboards, and workforce analytics
- Solid understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, payroll, employee lifecycle, and organizational management
- Experience in system implementation, testing, integrations, and process automation
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of data governance, system controls, and information security practices
