Job Summary
Sr HRIS Analyst responsible for administration and maintenance of HR-related applications to support the Human Resources function. This position supports the overall HR technology strategy while providing systems implementation and administration, reporting and analysis for improved decision-making, efficient work processes and continuous improvement initiatives. Works collaboratively with HR team members and subject matter experts across the organization to implement processes and functionality that would increase the efficiency and quality of HR services, while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality. Performs data analysis from multiple data systems, supports various vendor software applications, and relies on experience and independent technical judgment to provide solutions. This role may require flexibility of hours.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent related experience
- Workday (HCM, Payroll, Absence) functional and technical experience required
- MS Access, SQL or other database/reporting tools experience
- Five years of HCM, Payroll, and timekeeping application maintenance and support, systems analysis, and adhoc reporting experience
- Experience with Workday integration, design and maintenance preferred
- Experience with UKG timekeeping and scheduling is preferred
