Job Summary
Develop complex software configuration requirements for HR on-premises and SaaS systems through requirement analysis, gap analysis, and stakeholder meetings. Design, automate, and maintain productivity tools to test and improve software while executing release engineering tasks to ensure sustainable hardware configurations. Manage change implementation, develop system test plans, and build procedures to validate business information systems against stakeholder needs. Monitor system performance, reliability, and scalability to generate reports and recommendations. Provide program guidance, matrix manage technical employees, and coach staff to foster technical skills. Develop new policies, procedures, and training while coordinating communication with internal and IT stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lead others engaged in analysis, design, development, testing and implementation activities in developing and maintaining business information systems
- Ability to perform FIT/GAP analysis sufficient to identify and implement solutions
- Ability to perform research, analysis, design, development, and implementation of business information systems and technology solutions
- Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and agile development methodologies, processes, standards, and techniques sufficient to design, build and test Human Resources information systems both on- premises and Software as a Service (SaaS)
- 3 years of experience configuring and implementing Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions sufficient to write requirements, deliverables, and configure the SaaS technology
- Ability to identify and communicate change management needs as they are associated to technology changes
- Ability to provide subject matter expertise of application practices in the areas of requirement definition, configuration of Human Resources SaaS technology, requirement management, test strategy, automated testing, test tools, functional testing, regression testing, performance / capacity testing, end-to-end testing, Section 508 compliance, benchmarking and security testing
