Job Summary
Manage personnel changes including new hires, terminations, leave of absence, and workplace disputes. Assist with performance management and improvement processes while participating in regional and global HR projects. Analyze statistics and information to identify organizational issues and provide solutions. Support global HR-related projects assigned by leadership. Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or a relevant field, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office Excel. Required Qualifications
