Job Summary
Provide guidance and recommendations to business managers on people matters, serving as an advocate and counsel to hourly and exempt associates. Drive site climate and culture initiatives while managing internal investigations and ensuring compliance with HR regulations and policies. Administer audit activities, manage training for managers on interviewing, hiring, and performance reviews, and coach leaders on best practices. Manage staffing, succession planning, and associate programs; implement training and development activities; and administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems. Enter and maintain data in the HRMS system.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent 4 years work experience
- 3+ years of experience in HR with exposure to all major functional areas of HR
- Proven experience of leading deployment of organizational change
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Previous experience partnering with senior management
Desired Qualifications
- PHR/SPHR SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification
- Knowledge of HR Metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Experience with conflict resolution
- Experience with investigations
- Experience with data analytics
