Job Summary
Lead end-to-end recruiting operations for technical and professional roles at KLA; manage full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and stakeholder collaboration; drive disciplined execution across all recruiting stages; build and maintain a stable candidate pipeline; manage agency and vendor relationships; identify operational gaps and drive process improvements; contribute to broader talent acquisition initiatives; requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher and ~10 years in recruiting, with strong experience in technical/engineering hiring and semiconductor familiarity; global/multinational experience and excellent English communication skills are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in HR, Business Administration or related field
- Approximately ±10 years of recruiting experience
- Proven track record in technical/engineering hiring
- Semiconductor experience strongly preferred
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment in a complex environment
- Strong ownership and execution-driven mindset with high attention to detail
- Effective communication skills in English (verbal and written)
