Job Summary
Coordinate with HR teams and vendors to ensure timely and accurate HR support and payroll processing. Ensure compliance with local and international payroll laws and regulations by answering transactional inquiries, approving or rejecting transactions based on policies, and executing processes according to ICS/SOX guidelines. Perform system checks to identify points of departure and execute necessary corrections while maintaining employee files and records. Deliver sound customer solutions and contribute to continuous improvement activities within the Global Team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field", "Experience in HR services or payroll processing, with a focus on employee documentation and transactional activities
