Job Summary
Sr HR Manager role partnering with commercial leaders (sales, marketing, and customer-facing functions) to drive business growth and organizational effectiveness. Responsibilities include translating business strategy into HR strategy, talent management, performance management, employee relations, compensation analysis (including sales incentive programs), workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, coaching managers, partnering with Talent Acquisition, and aligning HR processes with strategic goals. Ideal candidate has 7+ years of HR experience supporting commercial or customer-facing teams, strong communication, data analysis, and the ability to influence leaders and cross-functional partners. Education includes a Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred. Compensation includes a California-situated salary range of $130,000–$194,950 with a comprehensive benefits package.
