Job Summary
Administer human resources policies and procedures across multiple functional areas while serving as a trusted advisor to managers and employees regarding workplace issues. Provide guidance on corrective actions, performance improvement plans, and disciplinary processes, and conduct termination interviews as needed. Collect and analyze HR data to provide recommendations that enhance operations and support organizational success. Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and training programs to foster a positive workplace culture and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Partner with leadership on job evaluations, merit programs, and career growth strategies. Interpret HR policies and counsel employees on work-related concerns while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years in a manufacturing environment preferred
