Job Summary
Oversee recruitment, compensation and benefits, training, employee and labor relations, safety, and team member support; manage payroll data accuracy in HRIS and timekeeping systems, enter new employee information in HRIS, generate reports, and support audits. Coordinate internal and external recruitment, on-boarding, and background/reference checks; partner with managers to advise on policies, procedures, and practices; drive change initiatives and establish proactive employee relations programs to develop the workforce; provide coaching to management and ensure adherence to ethics and Saputo values.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
