Job Summary
Serve as the primary HR liaison between the contact center and Corporate HR, ensuring consistent communication and escalation of issues. Provide expert guidance on Colorado employment law, including wage & hour compliance, meal/rest break rules, and paid leave mandates. Administer leave coordination for FMLA, FAMLI, and ADA requests, while managing PTO accruals, balances, and policy interpretation. Support benefits administration through enrollment assistance and life event processing, and partner with Corporate Benefits on escalations. Guide contact center leaders on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution, conducting workplace investigations as needed. Maintain audit-ready HR documentation and represent Corporate HR on-site to build trust with employees and supervisors. Work 100% on-site in Englewood, CO, with a salary of $90-110K.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification
- 5-7 years of Human Resources Generalist experience

- Strong understanding of contact center operations and workforce challenges
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Experience handling employee relations investigations and performance management
- Experience supporting high-volume recruiting and onboarding
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, Colorado FAMLI, and other applicable state and federal leave laws
- Demonstrated experience managing employee relations matters, including investigations and corrective action processes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to serve as a trusted, visible HR presence for both employees and leadership
- Proficiency with HRIS and timekeeping systems
- Ability to work 100% on-site in a Colorado servicing/contact center location
