Job Summary
Coordinate daily HR Business Partner activities, ensure service quality and uniformity, and act as the team's primary point of contact. Translate organizational signals into actionable improvements for HR approach while supporting colleagues in their development. Draft policy notes, lead content innovation, and manage HR-related projects across multiple hospital clusters. Proactively identify bottlenecks before they occur and provide strategic input on personnel retention and sustainable work ability. This role contributes to a professional, future-oriented HR department within St Jansdal, where autonomy and direct impact are valued. The position requires an HBO degree in HRM or Business Studies, at least five years of experience as an HR Advisor or Business Partner, and preferably healthcare sector experience.
Required Qualifications
- Een afgeronde opleiding op minimaal hbo-niveau bij voorkeur in de richting van HRM of Bedrijfskunde
- minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie als HR Adviseur of HR Businesspartner
- Een jaarcontract voor 32-36 uur per week
