Job Summary
Lead talent acquisition strategy for Lumilens' two Thailand manufacturing sites in Chon Buri and Pinehurst by building pipelines for production, engineering, operations, and leadership roles. Own full-cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support while partnering with site leaders to translate business goals into hiring plans. Serve as the primary HR partner for employees and managers across both sites, providing guidance on employee relations, performance conversations, and organizational changes. Strengthen onboarding for new hires by creating clear 30, 60, and 90-day plans in partnership with managers and site teams. Use market insights and hiring data to improve recruiting effectiveness and candidate experiences, ensuring HR programs are implemented consistently as operations scale.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 8 to 12 years of progressive HR experience
- HR business partnership experience
- Full-cycle recruiting experience

- Master's degree
- Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, engineering, or other site-based workforces
- Strong ability to partner with site leaders, influence hiring decisions, and balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution
- Demonstrated ability to build recruiting pipelines, manage hiring processes, and use data to improve hiring outcomes
- Excellent judgment, communication skills, and comfort working across local and global teams in a fast-paced environment
