Job Summary
Senior HR Advisor partner with the senior business leadership to align HR strategy with organizational goals. Lead leadership development, succession planning, and talent acquisition strategies; identify skill gaps and implement employee development programs; design organizational structures for scalability; manage change initiatives during restructurings or acquisitions; leverage HR metrics to provide data-backed recommendations; collaborate with department heads and finance to ensure sustainable investments in people and leadership capabilities; foster a high-performance culture and drive cost-effective HR solutions that align with the company’s healthcare mission.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's Degree preferred
- 8-10+ years of HR experience in a senior role or equivalent
