Job Summary
Sr Helpdesk Agent - Remote role (overnight shift 6pm–6am CT) providing Level 1 end-user support for PC hardware, software and peripherals; answers the help desk line, responds to user requests, initiates service tickets, maintains user information and documentation, and handles ITSM incidents, requests, and changes. Requires Windows OS knowledge, network connectivity troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DHCP, Device Manager, Registry editor), customer-service focus, and reliable attendance. Remote-work readiness with dedicated home workspace and secure setup is required. Tech stack includes Service Now ticketing and end-user support processes. Must reside in the Continental United States; work primarily from a remote, home-office setup. This role emphasizes high-quality remote support, ticket creation, and adherence to defined service levels.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a technical (Level 1) support role
- Call center experience
- IT Proficiency
- Experience with end user support
- Knowledge of Windows operating system
- Experience with network connectivity troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DHCP, etc.)
- History of excellent attendance and customer service skills
- Remote Working and Technology Requirements (home workspace and related technology)
