Job Summary
Map customer source system data to the Premier Ingest Data Spec for the Databricks warehouse, ensuring accurate data elements are collected and member sign-off is obtained. Collaborate with customer IT, data architects, and business stakeholders to understand data flows, document mapping nuances, and resolve complex source system integrity issues. Develop and continuously improve adapter development, data validation, and delivery methodologies while performing quality assurance on custom transformation logic. Serve as the trusted advisor on member organizational structures and data acquisition, analyzing raw data to address downstream ETL limitations and identify continuous improvement opportunities for higher productivity.
Required Qualifications
- 4 or more years of applicable experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- EMR Source system certification
- EPIC Certification
- Remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time
- Travel 1-20% within the US
- Sedentary work (exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally)
- Experience working with at least one of the following data domains: technical and professional billing, pre and post adjudicated claims, revenue cycle/patient accounting/accounts receivable, EHR data to support clinical quality measures and/or population health management, ancillary support systems (lab, pharmacy, radiology, OR, ED, etc.), HIS/patient registration scheduling and authorization
- 10+ years of EMR source system data architecture experience
