Job Summary
Conduct structured interviews and collaborative workshops with senior leaders and domain subject-matter experts to map enterprise KPI ecosystems, isolate operational blockers, and audit optimization target baselines. Inventory leverageable assets including unallocated capital, human resources, data pipelines, and infrastructure capabilities while injecting proven benchmarks from peer Academic Medical Centers. Formalize leadership visions for generative, predictive, and analytical AI models and evaluate organizational AI readiness by identifying executive champions and cultural friction points. Structure and populate an explicit prioritization taxonomy divided into Tier 1 quick wins, Tier 2 deep discovery opportunities, and Tier 3 capital planning pipeline to facilitate a unified AI Investment Opportunity Inventory. This independent contract spans five months starting October 19th at $75-$95 per hour, requiring on-site facilitation across Atlanta facilities.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive IT Business Analysis experience
- Heavy preference for individuals who have executed enterprise strategy mandates within a matrixed multi-hospital healthcare system
- Proven understanding of data science principles
- Proven understanding of machine learning lifecycles
- Proven understanding of structured vs. unstructured data ingestion
- Proven understanding of natural language processing (NLP)
- Proven understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Proven understanding of technical constraints inherent to healthcare AI safety
- Demonstrated mastery in leading highly structured discovery interviews
- Demonstrated mastery in leading multi-stakeholder workshops with C-Suite executives, clinical chiefs, and administrative directors
- Must be available to conduct intensive, face-to-face workshop facilitation
- Must be available to conduct on-site discovery sessions directly inside Client facilities located across the greater Atlanta area
- Advanced proficiency in Agile frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in product backlog management
- Advanced proficiency in workflow visualization tools (Visio/Lucidchart/Miro)
- Advanced proficiency in structured data assessment techniques (SQL, data dictionary profiling)
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
