Job Summary
Lead and support Health & Group Benefits engagements as Sr. Health Consulting Actuary (Taft-Hartley), managing complex client projects and relationships while delivering actuarial and strategic guidance on plan design, financials, benefit strategy, and vendor selection/management. Oversee end-to-end marketing and vendor searches across all coverage lines; contribute to business development and prospect presentations. Focus on review and refinement of analysis and reports produced by the actuarial team, ensuring rigorous project tracking and peer review. Prepare and present results and recommendations to clients for consideration. This role is based in the northeast with a hybrid schedule (onsite 2-3 days per week) in a satellite office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics
- FSA designation
- 10+ years of H&W multiemployer consulting experience
