Sr. HCM Technology Analyst

Job Summary
Research, test, and implement Workday HCM enhancements and new releases by translating requirements into configurations, business processes, security roles, and custom reports. Build calculated fields, custom notifications, and reports with Excel formatting while performing data fixes, mass updates, and system audits. Provide technical consulting support for HRIS projects, troubleshoot integrations, and assess process efficiency to implement improvement recommendations. Apply Agile and Design Thinking concepts to execute solutions that promote a continuously improving employee experience. Serve as an advisor to solve design challenges and identify effective workarounds for best end-user experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in a similar role in lieu of education
- Minimum 3-5 years Workday experience in a similar role
- Proficient in 2 or more Workday modules (Learning, Recruiting, Advanced Comp, Talent, Payroll, etc.)
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Intermediate Excel
- Ability to learn and navigate new systems quickly with a passion for working with systems, data and people
- Demonstrated attention to detail and customer service
Desired Qualifications
- Workday Absence module experience is a plus
