Sr. HCM Principal Consultant

Job Summary
Senior Principal Consultant to lead and support HCM initiatives focused on security configuration, system integrations, data migration, configuration, and testing for federal/ public sector clients. Responsibilities include configuring HCM security controls, designing integrations between HCM modules and external systems, leading data migration activities (ETL, validation, reconciliation), supporting system configuration, developing and executing unit/integration/UAT testing plans, providing guidance to project teams, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable implementations. Preferred experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, Oracle EBS HCM, Workday; familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or cloud integration platforms; active Public Trust clearance; federal/public sector experience; relevant certifications in HCM platforms, cloud technologies, or project delivery methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizen
- 6–8 years of relevant experience in HCM systems, enterprise applications, or related technology roles.
- 3–4 years of consulting experience or equivalent client-facing technology experience.
- Hands-on expertise in: HCM security configuration and governance; System and module integrations; Data migration methodologies and tools; Configuration and testing processes; Strong understanding of HCM business processes and enterprise system architecture.
- Must possess an active Public Trust clearance (or be eligible to obtain and maintain one, as applicable).
