Job Summary
Senior SpaceX Sr. Hardware Reliability Engineer (Starshield) responsible for leading reliability engineering for EEE components and systems, driving part reliability issues to closure, developing reliability models and accelerated test plans, leading reliability test planning and analysis, advising designers on part selection, coordinating with design, manufacturing, and supply chain, and performing HALT/HASS testing and DPA investigations to ensure mission reliability of avionics and PCB assemblies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
- 5+ years of experience in semiconductor, package, and/or PCBA reliability
- 5+ years of work experience using reliability modeling methods to predict product life and analyze test data
- Active TS/SCI clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one

- ITAR requirements: U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee or able to obtain authorizations from U.S. State Department
